ART. 1 – GENERAL INFORMATION ON THE EVENT
GRAVEL4FUN will take place on Saturday 18 May and Sunday 19 May 2024, with departure and arrival from Lake Le Bandie (TV), called GRAVEL4FUN VILLAGE. It is an amateur cycling rally organized by To Be Plus Srl, in collaboration with AMG – ALTA MARCA GRAVEL under the aegis of the sports and culture promotion body A.I.C.S.
GRAVEL4FUN includes 4 cycling routes. In these two days we want to create a festive atmosphere among enthusiasts of the cycling world, where they can talk about their experiences and share pleasant moments before, during and at the end of the event. For this reason, in addition to the participants, we invite family members and friends to be present at this event, because the location that hosts us is very suggestive and will allow you to spend two wonderful days.
The departure is free, “French style” and each participant will be able to decide their own route and their own pace.
Participants will be given a roadbook, where a stamp will be placed at the starting point, refreshment point (if present based on the chosen route) and upon arrival. The route has no signs indicating the direction, it will have to be discovered pedal after pedal by following the GPS track with the cycle computer, smartphone or other devices capable of reading the track.
The GPX tracks of the routes will be sent via email to all registered participants on Thursday 16 May 2024.
ART. 2 – BICYCLES
It is an event open to gravel bicycles, cyclocross, mountain bikes, e-bikes, which will take place on secondary asphalted roads, cycle paths, dirt roads, mule tracks, sheep tracks, grassy surfaces, historic roads and some crossings on state roads.
ART. 3 – ROUTES AND DEPARTURES
There are four routes:
LONG route of 130 km and 1300 m of altitude difference. 2 refreshments provided
Departure from 7.30am to 8am on Sunday 19 May 2024
MEDIUM route of 90 km and 900 m of altitude difference. 1 refreshment provided
Departure from 7.30am to 8.30am on Sunday 19 May 2024
SHORT route of 60 km and 500 m of altitude difference. 1 refreshment provided
Departure from 7.30am to 8.30am on Sunday 19 May 2024
Gourmet tour route of 27 km and 10 m of altitude difference. 3 refreshments provided
Departure at 4.30pm Saturday 18 May 2024
Each participant has the right to choose the path most suitable for him and the choice must be indicated at the time of registration.
The routes will NOT be signposted and everyone will have to rely on the GPS tracks which will be sent via email two days before the event.
Maximum time set for arrival is 5.30pm
The event closes at 6.30pm on Sunday 19 May 2024.
ART. 4 – PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS, SPORTS CARDS AND MEDICAL CERTIFICATE
The Short, Medium and Long routes are open to all those, of both sexes, who are 18 years of age, members of Federations and sports promotion bodies recognized by CONI and in possession of a medical certificate for competitive sporting activity for sport CYCLING.
The medical certificate for cycling activity must expire after 19 May 2024, and must be uploaded during registration or subsequently but by 10/05/2024.
Registrations made previously and not regularized without a medical certificate will be canceled and the fee will not be refunded.
If the medical certificate is not compliant, it will be rejected and canceled and the member will have to send a new compliant one.
The medical certificate must be specific for CYCLING. Medical certificates issued for other sports disciplines will not be accepted.
Anyone who does not comply with this requirement will not be considered regularly registered and is not entitled to a refund of the registration fee.
The 27 km Gourmet route is open to all those of both sexes who are 18 years of age, minors accompanied by their parents or guardians are also admitted. The parents of the children in question will have to sign a release which will be sent via email. Without a signed release it will not be possible to leave.
The Organization may at any time and at its sole discretion decide whether or not to accept the registration or exclude a member from the event if it could cause damage to its image.
For foreign residents, certificate of suitability for non-competitive sports also issued by a doctor from their country of residence.
For those who register on site, the medical certificate must be presented and validated when collecting the technical envelope.
When registering, you must choose the route you wish to participate in.
ART. 5 – REGISTRATION METHODS AND COSTS
Registrations can be formalized by accessing the website www.gravel4fun.com and entering the dedicated GRAVEL4FUN registration platform.
Registrations can only be made individually and will open at 1pm on January 14th.
ON-SITE registration on Saturday 18/05/2024 and Sunday 19/05/2024 open to all, subject to availability of the Registration Secretariat.

ART. 6 – COLLECTION OF THE TECHNICAL ENVELOPE AND FREE BAG
The TECHNICAL ENVELOPES, containing the Road Book and the front panel, will be distributed at the start according to the following times:
• Saturday 18 May 2024 from 3pm to 6pm
• Sunday 19 May 2024 from 07.30 to 08.30 at the secretariat set up at the start at Lake Le Bandie (TV)
The Bag will be delivered upon arrival. It is possible to delegate a trusted person to collect the technical envelope and the race package.
ART. 7 – REPLACEMENTS/CANCELLATION OF PARTICIPATION AND CHANGE OF CHOSEN ROUTE
Within 30 days from the date of the event it is possible to request the replacement of a participant, only if they have registered in good standing. To replace the previous one, the new participant will have to register on the site and upload what is requested. Also inform by email iscrive@gravel4fun.com. For this operation a secretarial fee of €10.00 is required.
If a member is unable to participate in GRAVEL4FUN, the participation fee will not be refunded and the BAG will not be shipped.
It will be possible to change the path chosen during registration by May 14, 2024, by sending the request via email to iscrive@gravel4fun.com
ART. 8 – HEALTH CARE
The organization will organize a medical health assistance point with doctors and qualified personnel.
ART. 9 – MECHANICAL ASSISTANCE
No type of mechanical assistance is provided by the organization therefore it is strongly recommended to have a kit for repairing faults and punctures.

ART. 10 – CANCELLATION OR MOVEMENT OF THE DATE OF THE EVENT
If, due to reasons of force majeure, not attributable to the organisation, the event does not take place, the amount paid at the time of registration will not be refunded or recognized for the next edition.
ART. 11 – CHANGES
The Organization reserves the right to make changes to the regulations at any time. The official website of the event where these regulations are published is the only official point of information on the event.
ART. 12 – RIGHTS AND DUTIES OF PARTICIPANTS
Participants are required to fix the front panel visibly on the handlebars. These numbers cannot be modified or altered in any way and represent only a pure and simple identification tool of the competitor.
It is mandatory to use a hard helmet approved for cycling.
Throughout the race, participants are required to respect the highway code.
It is strictly forbidden to
treat waste along the route, therefore we appeal to the civic sense of all participants to ensure that the areas remain clean.
The event is insured by the A.I.C.S. Promotional Body.
ART. 13 – EXEMPTION OF LIABILITY
The To Be Plus and AMG – ALTA MARCA GRAVEL ASD association declines all responsibility for itself and its collaborators for accidents or damage to people or things, which may occur before, during and after the event or as a result of it.
Participation is at your own risk. By registering, the participant renounces any right to complain, even against third parties, against the C.O. and all those natural and legal persons involved in the organization of the event.
ART. 14 – HOME PHOTOS and VIDEO PHOTO RELEASE
The organization declines any responsibility for the sending of photographs by unauthorized operators. The methods of carrying out the event include the creation of video-photographic recordings with the aim of documenting the event. The video-photographic recordings will interest all participants indifferently and will be published and made available on our website, to allow them to be viewed and shared by participants and those authorized by them. The participant acknowledges and accepts that, in consideration of the public nature of the event, the object of the dissemination and marketing services of the video-photographic footage of the event as well as the impossibility of selectively limiting the video-photographic footage, to register and To participate in the event you must authorize the filming and use of your image in the manner and for the purposes indicated in these Regulations, as well as in the release and privacy information.
ART. 15 – LOST & FOUND
Objects found in the start/finish area and along the event route will be handed over to the person in charge of the Secretariat and will be kept by the organizing committee for return.
ART. 16 – CHANGES
Changes in regulations, route and altitude profile are reserved to the CO. The event takes place in any weather condition, as long as a red weather alert has not been issued by the Civil Protection and only the person in charge of the C.O. has the powers to cancel the competition. All information will be published on the internet.
ART. 17 – SIGNATURE
By signing the registration form you declare that you are in possession of a valid membership card, that you have read this regulation and you express your consent to the use of your data, in accordance with the provisions of Privacy Law no. 675 of 12/31/96. The same applies to those who register individually either via form, online or by letter.
ART. 18 – PRIVACY LAW
In full compliance with the provisions of the Legislative Decree. lgs. n. 196 of 2003 regarding the protection of personal data, the data requested with registration will be processed exclusively for the normal secretarial activity of the event indicated above, as well as for any proposals and communications relating to the activities of To Be Plus and AMG ALTA MARCA GRAVEL ASD.
The update or cancellation may be requested by writing to: TO BE PLUS (Via Antonio Borin 48/A Treviso) and AMG ALTA MARCA GRAVEL ASD, via 2 June 54, 31020 Fontane di Villorba TV. The desire not to communicate the data in question to others may be expressed in the same manner.
